Your wallet

Your wallet is a digital wallet backed by Stripe. It holds your balance securely and is used to pay for things like fulfilling orders across MyDesigns.

Topping up your wallet

You can top up your wallet with either a bank account or a credit card. We recommend using bank transfer (ACH) for the lowest fees.

The maximum top-up amount is $1,800 per day.

Using your wallet

Your wallet balance can be used to fulfill orders directly, so production and shipping are covered without reaching for a card each time.

Refunds

Refunds are always possible, but only on a per-transaction basis. Arbitrary refunds of an amount that does not match a specific transaction are not allowed.
