Save credit cards to your account so they can be used across MyDesigns, and review your billing history.

What payment methods are

A payment method is a credit card saved to your account. Once a card is on file, it can be used across MyDesigns for things like subscription renewals, credit packs, and paying for order fulfillment.

Funding your wallet is now the recommended way to pay. Wallet payments cut down on individual card transactions, and members who pay from their wallet qualify for an additional catalog discount.

Adding a payment method

Add a card in your account settings. The card details are sent straight to Stripe and are never handled in raw form by MyDesigns.

How your card data is protected

MyDesigns never stores raw credit card information. When you add a card, it is saved directly with Stripe, and all we keep is the external Stripe identifier that points to it.

Every transaction is then made by referencing that Stripe identifier rather than your card number, so your actual payment data never touches our servers and cannot be exposed by them.

This keeps your payment data behind Stripe, one of the largest and most rigorously audited payment providers in the world, with PCI DSS Level 1 certification and bank-grade encryption.

Managing payment methods

You can update or remove payment methods and set a default that is used for subscription renewals and purchases.

Billing history

Every charge is recorded in your billing history, where you can review past payments and download receipts for your records.
