Trump as a Cheerful Leprechaun

Create a vibrant and humorous St. Patrick's Day-themed illustration featuring Trump dressed as a cheerful leprechaun. Make him smile warmly, holding a frothy mug of green beer in one hand and tossing golden coins in the other. Surround him with lush shamrocks, a rainbow leading to a pot of gold, and a festive backdrop of the US White House adorned with St. Patrick's Day decorations. Include the text 'Make America Lucky Again' in bold, playful lettering with green and gold accents. The overall design should exude charm, humor, and festive energy.
