Vintage Japanese Cat Lantern Illustration

Create a highly detailed vintage Japanese-inspired illustration featuring an oversized fluffy black cat with huge golden eyes wearing a patterned indigo hachimaki-style headband. The cat sits proudly while holding a glowing red-orange paper lantern between its paws. Surround the cat minimally with two smaller hanging lanterns, several burnt-orange maple leaves and delicate curling ivory cloud motifs. Place a large partially visible weathered indigo moon behind its head. Add one narrow Japanese-inspired decorative festival sign beside the cat. Weathered indigo, charcoal black, burnt orange, warm ivory, muted sage and mustard gold. Vintage Japanese cultural-poster illustration, bold hand-inked outlines, textured watercolor and gouache coloring, faded pigments, intricate textile patterns, charming oversized character proportions and subtle antique illustration character. Fully transparent background with generous negative space. No buildings or full scenery. Keep decoration close to the cat. Finish the outermost elements with distressed chipped pigment, irregular worn edges, scratches and scattered flecks fading naturally into transparency.
