Vintage Japanese Cat Sushi Chef

Create an original vintage Japanese-inspired illustration featuring an adorable wide-eyed black cat dressed as a tiny sushi chef, standing behind a wooden sushi counter preparing colorful salmon, tuna, avocado, and shrimp rolls. Place a muted burnt-orange rising sun behind the cat with stylized ocean waves and small cherry blossom branches around the lower composition. Add small vertical decorative Japanese-style sign panels using fictional ornamental characters rather than copying existing text. Use faded cream, charcoal black, rust red, muted teal, and mustard. Heavy distressed ink, weathered paper texture, imperfect screen-print edges, retro 1950s Japanese food-advertisement feeling. Centered T-shirt composition, isolated artwork, no mockup.
