Playful Chicago Baseball Mascot Design

Transparent background, 1080x1080 square graphic, vector style, solid colors only, create a playful “HEY CHICAGO WHADYA SAY!” baseball mascot design without any official logos: a smiling cartoon hot dog character and a smiling baseball character standing side by side with white gloves, red sneakers, waving arms, and retro ballpark energy, surrounded by small cream stars and a subtle arch of lights; use bold red, cream, navy, sky blue, mustard yellow, and black outlines, vintage cartoon poster style with slight distressed ink texture, centered composition, full design inside frame, no background, no gradients.
