Colorful Comic Style Man and Dog

Transform the provided image into a colorful comic book illustration. Preserve the original composition, pose, and perspective, with the man and his German Shepherd seen from behind sitting by the river. Use bold black outlines, simplified shapes, and slightly exaggerated proportions typical of comic art. Apply vibrant but balanced colors, flat or lightly shaded color fills, and subtle halftone textures. Emphasize strong linework around figures, water, and background elements while keeping a clean, illustrated look. Avoid photorealism — the final result should resemble a hand-drawn comic panel with expressive color and graphic contrast.
