Jackrabbits in Winter Grass Painting

A luminous oil on linen, full bleed, no frames. Subject: A pair of Jackrabbits frozen still, perfectly camouflaged in tall, dead winter grasses. The scene is unified by a thin, diffused sfumato, making the animals appear to dissolve into the muted ochre, gray, and white palette.
