Allegorical Crow on Snowy Fencepost

An allegorical oil painting, full bleed, no frames, of a Crow/Raven perched on a snow-covered human-made fencepost. The dark, glossy feathers are built up with rich glazes of black and indigo, contrasting with the dull, aged wood. The background is a simplified, unified tonal field.
