Sarcastic Women's Christmas Goose Design

Take this design style and change it to work for a sarcastic women’s Christmas theme. Have the text say “I can’t adult today — it’s Christmas.” Show one goose lounging in a chair, wearing a Santa hat, while baby geese are busy wrapping presents. Keep it humorous and festive. Make the background solid medium gray for clear contrast and easy background removal. Avoid any glowing or light effects — keep all elements solid and printable.
