Cute Christmas Nurse Elf Illustration

A cute Christmas-themed illustration featuring three cartoon nurse elves, each inside a vintage-style picture frame with scalloped or decorative edges. The first elf is holding a stethoscope, listening to a patient. The second elf is holding a thermometer shaped like a candy cane, checking it with a concerned but sweet expression. The third elf is caring for another elf tucked into bed, with a cozy blanket and a night sky featuring a crescent moon and stars in the background. Each elf wears a festive nurse outfit with a green-and-red uniform, white nurse hat with a red cross, and striped stockings. Add small Christmas touches like holly leaves, snowflakes, or twinkling lights around the frames for a festive touch. Below the frames, include the phrase "’tis the season" in a warm, cursive handwritten font that feels holiday-inspired. The style should be cute, flat, and slightly retro, with muted holiday colors like soft green, cream, red, and gold. The background should be transparent for t-shirt printing. The image should be well balanced ensuring that the combination of the pictures and text create a balanced whole.
