SCP Foundation Digital Horror Design

A graphic design mimicking an SCP Foundation document. The top header reads "SCP-067-KID" in a bold, monospace font. Below this, in smaller monospace text, are "Object Class: Keter" and "Special Containment Procedures: [REDACTED]". The main body features a heavily distorted, analog horror-style, pixelated image of the 6-7 Kid. The image should be abstract and unsettling, with scanlines or digital noise. All text and the distorted image are white on a solid black background. The overall aesthetic should be creepy, official-looking, and digitally degraded.
