Women Unity Silhouettes T-Shirt Design

Design a t-shirt graphic on PLAIN black background only. No mockups, no models, no t-shirts shown. Show 4 women silhouettes holding hands in a circle around a simple Earth globe illustration. Each silhouette has different hair texture and cultural dress outline. Use white silhouettes with colorful accent details on cultural elements (bright blues, oranges, purples, greens). "GIRLS WILL BE GIRLS" in friendly, rounded font in white below the circle. Add small unity symbols in bright colors around design. PLAIN black background only.
