Festive Christmas Lights with Centered Cat

A seamless repeating pattern of festive Christmas lights in soft, painterly style as the background. In the exact center, place one single small, cute cat sitting calmly, detailed and clearly visible. Do not include more than one cat — there should be only one cat and it must stay centered. The rest of the image is just the Christmas lights background.
