Angry Raccoon Grunge T-Shirt Design

Create a colorful, grunge-style t-shirt design featuring an angry raccoon. The quote "IF I EVER GET RABIES, " should be placed at the top in a bold, eye-catching font. The center of the design will have an image of the angry raccoon, and below it, in a matching bold font, the text "YOU'RE ON MY BITE LIST." This design should be lively and appealing to a broad audience aged 15-65, emphasizing bright colors and relatable elements. Think creatively about the layout and design elements. The design should be set on a black background.
