Cheerful Oktoberfest RV Traveler Cartoon

Create a cartoon-style t-shirt design of a cheerful RV traveler dressed for Oktoberfest with a hilarious twist. The character is a middle-aged man with a big mustache, wearing traditional Bavarian suspenders (lederhosen-style), but made entirely out of orange sewer hoses. He should be smiling proudly, holding a frothy beer stein in one hand, and giving a thumbs-up with the other. Background is black.
