American Flag Inspired Design

A design that appears to be inspired by the American flag. It features blue stars on a white background, with red stripes that resemble the flag's original design. The word 'AND' is written in bold black letters in the center of the red stripes. The entire design is placed on a light-colored background, possibly a canvas or paper.
