Spooky Feral Halloween Watercolor Tee

Design a watercolor t-shirt featuring the words "Spooky and Feral" in bold, distressed lettering with a vintage, worn look in orange colors with black outline. Include a wild raccoon with a fierce, roaring expression, wearing a witch's hat, flying on a broomstick with a flowing cape, set against a full moon background with scattered bats. The design should have a mischievous, Halloween vibe, isolated on a white background for a striking effect.
