Watercolor Grandpa by Lake with Shark

Create a square watercolor-style illustration of a cheerful African-American grandfather wearing a straw hat and a white t-shirt that reads “Retired Doctor.” He is standing beside a lake with soft clouds, evergreen trees, and a leaping cartoon-style shark. Include a medical bag or heart monitor line.
