Scout is our autonomous agent for POD and digital sellers. It finds products with real sales demand, then recreates original versions in MyDesigns so you can list them with the same bulk tools. It runs on every paid plan and spends the same credits as Dream AI. You see the credit cost before a run starts.

It depends on the job — a quick niche scan costs less than a full research-and-recreate run. Every run shows its estimated credit cost before you confirm it, so there is no guessing and no surprise. Plan credits spend first.

Credits pay for AI work: Dream AI generations, background removal, upscaling, and Scout. Each action shows how many credits it will use before it runs. Paid plans include a monthly allowance. Free has no credits.

AI actions pause. Mockups, publishing, and the rest of the app keep working. On Pro or Pro Plus, add a credit block from the plan (or later from billing). Or upgrade the plan for a bigger monthly allowance. We spend plan credits first, then any extra credits you added.

Yes. Unused plan credits roll over up to 3 months while you stay subscribed. They are not cash and they do not transfer if you cancel.

A shop is your Etsy, Shopify, Woo, or TikTok connection — you publish into a marketplace you already have. A MyDesigns Store is a storefront we host for you. Starter includes 1, Pro 2, Pro Plus 3. Store sales take our fee (6% / 4.5% / 3%) plus normal card processing (3% + $0.25).

Scout uses demand as a signal. It does not clone another seller’s listing art. You still review, run trademark checks (on the plan), and publish. You are responsible for what you list. We give you original generations plus the same bulk trademark tools you already have.

No. Scout and Dream AI sit on top of the product: mockups, shops, publish, fulfillment. Pro is the plan meant to run them together. Extra credits are an add-on to Pro or Pro Plus, not a standalone product.

Not as a recurring add-on on Starter. Starter includes 250 credits each month. If you need a serious AI / Scout budget, Pro is the plan that lets you add credit blocks.

They match. This page is the source of truth everywhere. The Shopify app is free to install, and your subscription and credit purchases are billed inside your MyDesigns account. If you see a different number anywhere, that is a bug, not a different product.

Yes. No contract. Cancel in billing. You keep access through the period you already paid. Unused credits are not refunded as cash.
