For Free Plan Users:

We understand the importance of certainty and flexibility. That’s why we offer a free plan to explore our services without commitment. Please note, for users who start with a free plan, our refund policy does not apply. This approach ensures you have the freedom to evaluate our services thoroughly before making any payment.

AI Credits:

  1. Credit Allocation & Value
    • Each subscription tier includes a monthly allocation of AI Credits:
      • Starter: 250 Credits ($10)
      • Pro: 600 Credits ($24)
      • Pro Plus: 2000 Credits ($80)
    • Each AI Credit is valued at $0.04.
  2. Non-Refundable Credits
    • AI Credits are non-refundable. Once you use your AI Credits (whether partially or fully), you cannot receive a refund for the credit portion of your subscription.
    • If you request a refund within the 7-day guarantee period but have already used any AI Credits, the value of those used credits (based on $0.04 per credit) may be deducted from your total refundable amount.
  3. Unused Credits
    • If you cancel before using any of your AI Credits within the 7-day period, you may still be eligible for a refund of your subscription fee (minus any used credits).
    • Unused credits do not carry any cash value beyond the subscription period and will be forfeited upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription term.
