New

  • Scheduled approval: in a store's order settings, choose to have orders on hold approved for you after a delay or at a set time each day, in your time zone. You can still review and edit an order before its window passes, or pick Approve later on a single order.
  • Set aside: not sure about an order yet? Set it aside and it can't be approved, by you or by a schedule, until you move it back.
  • Handle a selection of orders manually from the orders list, instead of one order at a time. This is not available for MyDesigns Store orders, which are always fulfilled by our print partners.
  • Duplicate an item on a MyDesigns Store order. The copy's cost is taken from your payout for that order first, then from your wallet or card, and the order's costs update so you can check them before approving.
  • Edit the SEO title and description of a Shopify listing after it has been published.
  • Change the colour of several selected layers at once in the editor.
  • MyDesigns Store collection pages can now have their own banner and description.

Improvements

  • Production time is now measured for each print partner separately, so the estimate you see matches the partner you pick.
  • The Designs page now loads one page at a time, so large libraries open faster.
  • The publish page shows which publish preset you have loaded.
  • Buyers can no longer check out a variant that is out of stock, and sold-out sizes are shown with a dashed edge instead of a strikethrough.
  • The storefront shows the About link in the header of the detailed layout, and the buyer's name now sits under the shipping address.
  • Collection actions in MyDesigns Store settings are grouped into one menu.
  • The order page action bar is tidier on small screens.
  • Illustrations in the editor now have the same resize handles as text and images.

Fixes

  • A failed publish no longer unpublishes a live listing in another shop.
  • Searching by External ID now finds Shopify orders by their order number.
  • Orders are checked for a ship-to name, and a state on US orders, before they go to a print partner, so they are no longer rejected later.
  • Orders no longer get stuck after a fulfillment or pricing error on Etsy, Shopify or Printify, or after being edited while a charge had failed.
  • If a card payment fails after your wallet was used, the wallet amount is now returned.
  • Etsy listings with variations publish correctly again.
  • When your store has no contact email, buyer replies to store emails now reach you.
  • Digital products need a whole-number quantity before they can be published.
  • Row menus on the Products table are no longer cut off.
  • Objects inside groups snap to the right place in the editor, and older saved designs open correctly.
