Fixes

• The designs page no longer locks up the browser tab on large libraries.
• Discounts are no longer subtracted twice in the charge report, and external orders are left out of the sales rollup.
• Personalization now applies to the variant the buyer is actually buying, and the size chart stays out of the personalization preview.
• A storefront product URL with no id no longer hangs the page.
